Some time ago you posted about food journals etc. Well this past few months I have been really concentrating on the "why" and "when" of eating. I found that I was eating mindlessly (boredom) throughout the evening. Now by following up with your original post, I finally put my mind into gear to look at the issue of head hunger as having wls won't solve the problem of head hunger/eating.
Thanks to that post, it gave me the incentive to follow through with food journals...guess what?...I lost 7 pounds in 6 weeks. The only food choice I changed was stopping and taking a minute to write in the food journal then deciding if I was really hungry.
So if it wasn't for your original post months ago, I wouldn't have followed through with it.
