Today I feel so much better. kept all my food down today. For breakfast I had a coffee, and a protein drink. Lunch was one stick of celery with salmon flavored cream cheese, and for supper I had one chicken drumstick cooked in the oven with orange peppers and cheddar cheese. Desert was a small amount of orange jello. I think I may have turned the corner, hopefully tonight will be better too. wow , I really had to change my mindset and listen to what my stomach/lap band was telling me , enough food already! Cutting down the portion size from my last fill took awhile to compute on my brain . plus was going through some stress . The Atkins diet really makes me feel so much better, sugars are stable, head hunger is gone and losing weight. As I said if the reflux calms down , I wont need that unfill.
