Letter to the Minister
I have my letter half way finished. I was side tracked for a few days with a migraine. I am sending hard copies as well as email's to all as well as the other party leaders that are running for the May seats. Figure that as many people that I can expose this issue to the better.
One area that I am going to focus on is the retention of residents of NB. I may be only one person but I am actually thinking of moving out of the province over this very one issue...why...because I can't afford $15K for the surgery. Move back to Ontario and live there and I can have my surgery within 6-12 months with thorough follow up at a bariatric clinic within driving distance of any city I chose to live in...drastic? yes but so are my health issues.
I had to move away years ago to work and was happy that I was finally able to come home only to find that overall it may not be feasible for me to stay here.
