One Week Away

I am one week away from surgery and I am happy that the end is near. I hope that this re-positioning will take care of my issues. I am ready to hit the gym and hit the pavement. I haven't run in forever and I feel like crap.

I am putting all my ducks in a row though so that as soon as I get the green light, back to working out I go. This has not been possible because of the constant nausea and inability to eat regularly.

I really hope this will do the trick.

well here's to everything going well. i bet you are so excited to getting back on track, especially getting back to running, as i read that you truly enjoy it.

Running is like a drug almost! I can't explain the exhiliration I get from getting out and just going; I feel so free and liberated! I know thatsounds weird, but it's true!

i dont think it sounds weird at all.
i long for the day that i will do all the things i see everyone else doing, simple to them (snowsnowing, sledding, skating, running and even walking) but not comfortably possible to me right now.
i think your right, it would be freedom, liberation and just plain control over your own self, plus...just darn fun

I just re-read the your post only I paid attention this time- I undersyand why youcan't excercise.
