Emotional Eating

Being angry with the person who died is so common, I would say it is normal. People don't talk about it, because it sound selfish. I have thought "how could you leave me? with everyone I have lost.  It is just part of grieving.  He left this earth before he should have and left his son before he was done parenting. Though he didn't die on purpose, he risked his life; a life that others depended on. You could try"talking" to him about your anger. I know that sound kind of crazy, but it is an actual therapy technique. It is called Empty Chair Therapy. You literally talk to an empty chair ( a a focal point) about the unresolved issues that you can`t talk to them about or say things you wish you had said. I use this technique all the time. I don`t use a chair any more, but it is amazing how well it works. You have to express your feelings & `listen`to their responses. It is surprising how much it helps to get things off your chest!

That sure is a beautiful poem. I hope you don't mind that I stole it and put it in my folder so I can flip it open and read it ever so often.
