On the up side.....
I am down 13 pounds. I know this is not the best way to lose weight, but I'll take it for now. It is like being on the presurgery diet again. In the past this kind of weight loss has not lasted, because my body just grabs every calorie when I am able to eat again. I am still on liquids, I am going to try watery oatmeal for lunch & see how that goes.
