Need your help

Hi there,
I need to take off 20 more bls.
Iam having a very hard time,I have a shake for my breakfast and I drink this from 6am to 10 as I work at 6am.Then at 10am I have something small like a pudding or nuts.
I get home at 2 then have something again small like cheese.Supper is were I have the hard time I havew rice sometimes but never know what to eat.
If anyone can help and let me know what I should do as I need to get the rest off.I go back for a fill on the 11th and Iam now at 8.5 in my 10cc ban so it is time to get the rest off before I have the 10cc in there Iam going to hope to just need this one more fill.
I was doing good then put on 3bls.I walk and I just need to know what to eat as I seem to want to eat all the time and pick so when Iam at work I only bring 2 things with me and no money to go get things.

Thanks for what you can tell me.I will let you know how Iam doing,Would like to have 5 more bls off before I go on the 11th..
I will be so happy to get the last 20 off.

You may not be eating enough. You need 20 grams of protein at each meal. (you can shift some of that to a snack). I make most of my meat in a crock pot so it is super tender. I also chop up the meat. I can only eat chicken if I cut it small & across the grain. I have trouble getting fruits & veggies in as I can only eat them super soft.  At breakfast I add soy powder to my oatmeal before I cook it. I also add a few chopped nuts to it but I chopped them fine first. Nuts are very high calorie, but they are packed with good for you stuff. Nuts also help keeps  hunger away.  I vary the nuts between walnuts, pecans, & almonds. i bought hazel nuts today & they will joins my variety. I find that by chopping the nuts & adding them to other things, I am satisfied with just a few. It only takes a few for  big nutrition punch.  A great protein source that is also a grain (& I hope I spell this right) Qunao- I bought some today at Costco. I have not tried it yet. I can't eat rice & potatoes are not good. I eat a lot of Sweet potatoes & they cook up fast in the microwave oven.
Another idea to boost weight loss is the vary your exercise. The body adjusts to any program after about 6 weeks- that means the weight loss slows down.

A nutritious teat (if you like cottage cheese)  is to sprinkle chopped nut, & cinnamon on cottage cheese, then pour all some sugar free pancake syrup. I had that  for lunch today.

Thanks I don't like cottage cheese,But that may be good Iam going to give it a try on the weekend.Thanks for all your help.I will let you know how I do,keep them coming.

Hi blueeye I don't have the band but I find when I have the munchies and am hungry more I cut out carbs and it really does help. I am not sure how your band deals with meat but it does fill and stay full longer. It sounds like you aren't eating very much as kitty said. Sometimes that works against us, my weight slows down considerably when I cut to many calories. (starvation mode and all that) Hope you have much success, talk soon Trish
