Almost 2 years out and I finally made my doctor's goal. 170 pounds I was happy at 180 and did not try to lose anymore but this morning I got weighed and the scales said 170 YIPPIE!!!!!! I am sure the sales will go up and down several dozen times before it settles on 170 but I saw it so I will see it again.

Thank you guys. The scales are back up to 171 today but it will go again I am sure. I was 167 yesterday i stepped on and of the scales 10 times to be sure. Still waiting to see the plastic surgeon to se about the panni removal, ahope it will be thix year
