Back from the Clinic

The weight was what I was expecting. I did get a 1cc fill. I also had a good discussion with Dr. Beausoleil about my goals and the best way to get there. I asked about options available to regulate this yo yo band experience. As the saline goes in, should the reflux and its nasty side effects return, he will reposition my band. 

So the waiting game begins. In the meantime, I will continue to make a commitment to making healthy choices, exercise and do what I can do to help this band along.
