feel like I have a lump in my throat

Since my last fill, I have felt like something is stuck in my throat, its not painful , as much as annoying. I have perhaps too much restriction, cause if I am not very careful with what I eat, and how long I take to eat, I will get pain in my throat, that isnt relieved unless I throw up. Because of this I am not eating as much as I should be. Has anyone else had this lump in throat feeling?

yes , i think I was, but that feeling has gone, am down a bit of weight so I expect my band is looser now, but at night I am still waking up with what feels like regurgitation of liquids in my throat, is this common too , and can I expect it to get better like the knot in throat feeling? Thanks for all your insights.

Acid reflux at night is another sign of being too tight. It can cause big problems for your band.
