Appointment Today

I went to see Dr Beausoleil again today because of the increasing heartburn, reflux and vomitting. I was at 6 CC's after my last fill of only 2 weeks ago. Had a long discussion with the good Dr. He wanted to remove 1 CC and I reminded him that at 5 CC's I was in the yellow zone, so we compromised. He removed .5 CC's and what a difference!

The good news is I lost 6 lbs these last two weeks! Now I can focus on training for my 10K race in October. Hope this lasts!
