2nd day of meditrim

I am weird in the Medi-Trim set. I don't mind it at all....well after the 2 weeks of one food, I would hate anything. I found that if I put it in the freezer until there were ice crystals in it, it tasted a lot better. The head ache is withdrawal from carbs. It generally goes away after 3 or 4 days. The hunger gets better too. I did find that I was weak & tired. Keep up the good work.
