HI all..It is almost one year for me Iam doing good down 75bls,But have 8cc in my ban witch is alote..25 more to go adn I will be at my 100.
Keep up all the work everyone we can do this dat by day.
Iam now going to zumba class and love it,I went on days and that helped too I lost 6bls in 2 weeks of days as now I can eat at super time not at 11pm when I was on night.
