Almost exactly 2 years ago, I went to the hospital wearing a size 24 pair of shorts. Tonight I went to the mall to look for shorts. Imagine my suprise when I tried on a pair of size 5  and they fit! I love my band :)

That is awesome...way to go Jet....I don't ever remember being a size 5..maybe in my dreams...but now this could be a reality for me as well....I am so happy for you...WOW..

I was definitely never an adult size 5. The smallest adult size I ever have been would be a 14. If I were be successful beyond my wildest dreams, I would reach a size 12.

The funny thing is my work pants are size 12! I knew they were too big but never dreamed that I was a size 6. The size 5 was one pair of shorts at one store; the average is 6!

I too have never before in my adult years worn anything this small. Still trying to wrap my head around it! That likely has a lot to do with the nasty excess skin in the stomach area. I absolutely hate it and really want to get rid of it. One step at a time I guess.

When you first started could you even imagine yourself being that small? I keep envisioning myself getting down to say a size 12 or 14 (from my current size 28), but I just can't seem to even picture myself at my technical "ideal" weight, it seems so small.
