question surgery wait times

hi everyone i was just wondering how long after you signed your papers did you have your surgery i`m haveing the gastric sleeve i signed my papers on june 9th just interested to see how long after you sign your papers did you get the call really just wondering how much longer this will take any ideas would be greatly appreatiated jacqueline

i`m haveing a revision had a lap band which was removed now i`m waiting for my new surgery

It varies from a month to several months. The doctor may put your surgery off for a number of reasons or he may not get the number of surgery days he usually gets.or vacations can extend the wait time and so on.

Hello Jacquelinemac, I signed my consent forms around the end of March first of April and I am still waiting for my pre-op assessment to be done..I hope that will be soon...crossing fingers and toes at this time...lol
