Its such a struggle
Sorry I havnt been posting much but I am just so tired all the time. I feel like Im not doing things right yet. I need to start exercising but I feel too lazy and as far as food, its hard to get enough protein in and Im struggling to find the right vitamins. I know its a new road Im travelling but I wish I had a map because I feel lost. I have been weening down my dosage of a couple of my meds with my physicians approval which Im sure is affecting me as well. I go for blood work later this week so hopefully I will have a better idea of whats going on with me. Im hanging in there still.....

Feeling tired and feeling like you have been put through the wringer in so normal for now Angela. I know you are in a hurry to get on with it and get moving and feel better but your body will tell you when it is ready so as hard as it is, you will have to wait until your body is ready to get going. The firedness might be low iron and you may be anemic. If you are anemic a few iron pills and you will start feeling better soon. I lost 2 liters of blood following my surgery so I was really anemic for about 4 months.
Lowering you dosages of medication is taking a toll on your body too. Take it easy Angela. I promise in a few short months this will be only a vague memory and it will get so much easier.
When I first started my vits the big ones were a nightmare too. I finally crushed them to a fine powder and hid them in yogurt, cream of wheat, soup and anything else I could find to hide them. They are not too bitter so are easily hid. Yogurt I found is best because you just swollow it and it does not really sit too long in your mouth.
hang in there, it will get better. Honest!
