First time stuck!
Thank God I read the message boards faithfully, because when I got stuck this morning on that Egg McMuffin that my husband brought home for my breakfast (shouldn't have done it) I didn't panic. I was coughing and gagging and finally after bending over at the waist and putting my head down about 20 times it finally dislodged and came back up.
I am pretty sure I need another fill because I am starving all the time and when I eat I wolf everything down with very little chewing. This was a good reminder that the old Chrissy can't have her way anymore, no more fast food, no more stuffing her face....you get the picture.
Good lesson learned. Now it's back to the basics. Eat slowly, chew well and make better food choices.

it sure isn't a good feeling. Do you have an appt. yet for your fill? Amazing how after one stuck episode it makes us slow down and chew our food better. How is your weight loss going? I seem to be going up a pound or two and then down again, spinning my wheels and getting nowheres. Hope the next fill helps.
