Hi everyone!

Im so sorry I havnt been on here since Ive been back but I have done something to my left foot and have been in terrible pain.  I can hardly walk on it, I was able to get into my chiropractor today and he thinks I may have moved a bone in the heel.  I think it may be because I used my feet alot to push myself up from bed etc because I couldnt use my arms as much as I normally would to get up and stuff.  He pulled and yanked on it, it is still hurting but hopefully will see some relief tomorrow.  Ive been so agitated.  Ive had bad episodes of planters facsiitis in the past and thought it may be a flare up of that...really not sure yet.  As far as the surgery, Im recovering well, the top 3 incisions hurt a bit but I think it is because I am large breasted, they are a bit red.  I weighed in when I left home on my scale at 398 so I was proud I got below 400 myself, they weighed me in at the hospital preop at 394, I weighed myself yesterday home and I am at 387 so down 49 lbs  Yahoo!  I have lots more to say but enough for now....so tired

thanks for all the support so far

Ang

Welcome home Angela and I am so glad to hear how things are going for you with the weight so far.  I hope your foot gets some relief soon I can only imagine how painful it must be for you because I have had heel spurs and they are horrible and very painful.  Rest up and take each day as it comes and things will fall into place and I also hope that the chiropractor can work wonders for your foot.

Take care and get plenty of rest.

Well it's about time..tap, tap, tap...... kidding! LOL We were starting to worry. It's good to hear that you are home and everything surgery wise are going well. Rest and ice that foot and hopefully it will be healed really soon.

Good to hear from you Angela and good to hear thst you are healing well from your surgery. The weight is fust falling off of you. The only good thing about being very heavy before surgery i thst the heavier you are, the faster you will lose the weight.

Sorry to hear about your foot issues. I havge bad feet too so when you say sore foot, I feel your pain.

When you feel up to it, drop in and tell us all about your surgery journey in Montreal.
