one week post op

Well, after one week post op I am starting to feel human again. Although a few mornings I have woke and been shaky..anyone else experience this? not drinking enough? not enough calories (go figure)? I am having a hard time getting 6 ounces of fluids into me 6 times a day. Have been sticking mainly to protien drinks and water.
