Day 1 of the empty band

Well, my flu disappeared over night and I feel fine today. I am worried about overeating and gaining weight. Today I did quite well with one exception- cheesecake. That was a diabolical plot, I'm sure! Today I had oatmeal and banana at Coffee Mill (ate my usual amount) and a coffee. We went to  a potluck at supper & I had 1 chicken leg, 1/2 cup of potato salad  and I was done.........then someone showed up with 2 baked cheesecakes....cherry and Oreo. i went weak at the knees. I got a small piece of each and gave half to my DH. Tonight I had a banana and 1 tablespoon of peanut butter, and a small bowl (maybe 1/2 cup) of home made beans. I expect that  will gain a pound or two because I was somewhat dehydrated. I have been super thirsty today.

Well if you ask me Charline, you are doing super for having an empty band.  After my first too tight episode and losing 9lbs in a week I gained about eight of those back right away after having an unfill.  Hang in there!!!!!

OMG, my mouth is watering and my stomach feels like I am starving. lol  Cheesecake oh my. Cheesecake. I would KILL to be able to have a piece of cheesecake or a strawberry sundae or a banana split.  Remember just because I can't have these things doesn't mean I don't long for a bite of them. 

Hell, I'd kill for a toasted BLT. lol
