9lbs lost......in 1 week

That`s right; I lost 9lbs since my fill on 03/29/10. I was at the hospital with my daughter and decided to pop in and get weighed. To my surprise, I have lost 9 lbs in 8 days. I have felt like crap since Friday though.

I had pretty bad acid reflux prior to wls. This has been in check since losing the weight....until last Friday that is. I have been having severe acid reflux and haven't been able to eat or sleep properly. I would gladly take those 9 lbs back if that meant I would feel better. WOW! Did I just really say that I would like to have those pounds back?

I am trying something out and hopefully that will help.

The weight loss is great but in 8 days is not healthy. Get that acid reflux in check or you may end up with an unfill, like I did. See a doctor real quick.

The weight loss is great Jet - but I would suspect the fill may be the culprit and causing your reflux - as you said - it's all about feeling well - perhaps a tiny un-fill is what you need? Hope it works out for you and you feel better soon! Take care!

Meds seem to be kicking in. I woke up hungry this morning hungry for the 1st time in days. I managed to eat my yogurt/blueberries/hempheart combo, albeit a smaller amount. I also managed to eat some almonds and dates. Looks like it will be ok; fingers crossed.
