Heading to Moncton in the morning
Tomorrow morning I will be heading to Moncton to sign my consent forms for my surgery and I think to get weighed in, I hope everything goes ok when I go there tomorrow. My son Michael is coming with me for the drive and to keep me company so that will be nice. I wonder if there is anyone else going to be there tomorrow around the same time as my appointment which is at 1:15, it should not be a very long day tomorrow if everything is on schedule so they say maybe 20 minutes tops.
When I get home tomorrow I will update on here how things went; I am excited and nervous at the same time. Can't wait

Well I have returned from Moncton and all went well, I signed my papers and Dr Beausoleil explained everything again to me about the pros and the cons to the surgery and I was weighed and I have lost 7 1/2 pounds since I was last weighed in December at the hospital so that is good he said. He said where he is only down now to just one day a week in the OR room has cut back on his surgery time and where he also does general surgeries as well so he said it could be another 6 months before my preop but more likely a shorter time but he has to tell everyone about 6 months so here is to hoping sooner but if not I am fine with that as well as this will give me time to loose more weight and change my eating habits.

You mean after a month or so I should start calling to see where Dr B is on the surgerie list? He told me yesterday that he does about 4 lapband surgeries once a week unless there is a general surgery that had to be done as well. But I will certainly call them after a month or so and see how things are going...I am sure it will be sooner then what he is saying but who knows.
