so far today I have walked for 2 and a half hours and used my glider for a half hour this morning so 3 hours of exercise today it is just beautiful out there today.....I will probably go walking this evening as well...
This week I did curves times 4= 120 mins, waking on treadmill 2 days 30 mins =60 and bike riding for 30 mins Not to mention lots of walking and playing outside with the kids.:0) but 210 official minutes.
My DH and I walked for 4 hours geocaching in the UNB woodlot. I am exhausted. He will be working tomorrow but I will be going out again. I hit 75 pounds off this morning!! Wooo Hooo!!
