Exercise Challenge- week 2

At 7:48 I was 1.93 kilometers from my car. That I got to the car by 8:17 show that I didn't want to be in the woods with the coyotes after dark.

I went on my glider last night for 45 minutes I just forgot to come online and leave you a note on that.

so far today I have walked for 2 and a half hours and used my glider for a half hour this morning so 3 hours of exercise today it is just beautiful out there today.....I will probably go walking this evening as well...

This week I did curves times 4= 120 mins, waking on treadmill 2 days 30 mins =60 and bike riding for 30 mins Not to mention lots of walking and playing outside with the kids.:0)  but 210 official minutes.

Goal for week three walk 90 mins curves 120 mins bike 60 mins grand total 270 mins!!!

My DH and I walked for 4 hours geocaching in the UNB woodlot. I am exhausted. He will be working tomorrow but I will be going out again. I hit 75 pounds off this morning!! Wooo Hooo!!
