Last week I was horrible I did only 60 mins additional excercise I did try to add steps in wen I went places Ie parking aaway from the mall, this week my goal is to get 120 mins 4 sessions of 30 mins.

Today I did the glider for an hour well 2 half hour sessions...only because it was crappy out and it is calling for rain for most of this week which is terrible.

I vegged out today. I would have used my Wii, but my son borrowed it and is stalling on returning it. That's OK because as soon as the weather clears, I will be hiking for hours in pursuit of hidden treasures!

I walked this afternoon for an hour and a half and then it started to rain so I got home and did another half hour on the glider....I was feeling very energetic today for some reason...I think because I have my appointment tomorrow to sign those consent papers for my surgery....

I went geocaching in the rain! I didn't get back to the car until 8:17- it was dark. One of these days I am going to stay in the woods too long. I do love an adventure!

Did you go geocaching by yourself this eveing? I hope not...I would want to go with another person for that just in case I got lost...lol I love adventure also it is awesome.

I usually go alone, but I have my GPS with me (& extra batteries). I also was in the UNB wood lot and even without the GPS I would hit a road eventually.
