Spring Forward to Health Challenge
It's spring. Time to get moving and enjoy the nicer weather. Nothing enhances our enjoyment and our health like a few less pounds. Also Easter AKA chocolate season is just around the corner and a little extra motivation is in order. Soooooo.....I am going to run another weight loss challenge. I am thinking a 4 week challenge, starting today. I am sure that most of you know EXACTLY what you weight. So either post or PM me, that you want to participate and how much weight you want to lose in the next 4 weeks. I am aiming for 6 pounds in 4 weeks. My current weight is 216.4. I am posting my weight only because last time, I changed my goal and lost track of exactly where I started. This way I can't forget! Next Sunday morning weigh yourself and let me know how much you lost. I will make up a table and post the results every week. Let the games begin!!
Hey Charline, I will try the challenge again - didn't do so well on the last one - but hopefully will do better on this one. My weight is bouncing back and forth in a 5 pound range. This am I weighed 192 and I hope to lose 6 pounds. I know I can do it with some exercise and BETTER food choices :-) Thanks for taking this on - Abby
This is a great challenge I am in and I go to Moncton on the 31st to get another weigh in and sign those consent papers for surgery so I would like to loose at least 6 pounds in the next 4 weeks right now I weighed myself this morning and I weigh 289.7 and that is with weighing myself 4 times to make sure...lol Let the games begin....
I am in I am up this morning and weigh 284 my fill is booked for thursday so I am hoping for some resistance. My goal in the 4 weeks will be 10 lbs I have been averaging just about 3 pounds a week so we will see. I would liek to be at 274 or better by the end of the 4 weeks. Will you be doing a nice little graph like you did the last time:) ?
