Seventeen & a half pounds to reach Onederland!! The march is on. I am really going to get there.....remind me I said this when I am on the edge and the scale is stuck  (what seems like) forever!!

Today has been a good day so far. I have been every worried that i would have to go for an unfill, but today I have been able to eat breakfast (half cup of protein oatmeal) and I have taken most of my pills without getting stuck. Now I am going to try to drink some water....cold goes not go down very well. but I can't live on coffee.  I think I have been losing about 2.5-3 pounds a week. It makes one forget the weeks and weeks where I didn't seem to lose much at all.

I have also started taking a different vitamin. I am having a Life Brand vitamin twice a day. I also take a 3-4 Vitamin D most days. The sun should soon take that job over.

Last night i finally got rid of some favorite clothes that don't fit. I feel guilty for not offering them here first but I needed to strike while the iron was hot (Community Living was doing a pick up today) so I  donated then. I had a lovely blazer in my favorite color and I put it on and I could wrap the the buttons and button holes to where the side seam should be!!!  I am finally beginning to look like ME!  That fat women was a stranger in the mirror. I would look at myself in pieces. Does this or that fit? Is this or that clean? Does this or that go together? It was like looking at someone else....someone I didn't want to recognize as ME.

When I hit  onederland I am going to blow a fortune at the NYGARD store in Moncton. Oh I will still look at the Outlet in the back (can't change the nature of the beast) but I am definitely going to buy 2 or 3 complete outfits at the start of the season!!  FULL PRICE!  Well, almost full price! LOL

Sounds wonderful Charline. It sure feels good when you start getting into smaller clothes. the only problem is that the new clothes never fit or very long either.  Enjoy your shopping spree, I'm sure there will be many more in your future!

Thanks ladies! The shopping spree is a furture reward. I am too cheap to buy really good clothing (ones that cost big bucks in my books****il I am within a size or two of my goal. I can always take them in 2 sizes but not more. I am dreaming of the day.

Charline, how weird!   we weigh exactly the same as of this morning!!!!!!!   so we have to do this together (although we are anyways) but I'm exactly 17.5 pounds away.   I hope to feel that before June 1.

I weigh 217.4- 17.5 away from that mystic place!  Tonight I tried on a bra at LaSenza....and it fit!  Oh what a feeling!  There was a time when that place depressed me to tears. It was like it's very existence screamed "Fat girl" at me. If I was feeling especially bad about myself and my weight, I had to avoid going near the place. I was surprised that they actually had a bra to fit me. Everyday brings more to celebrate!

WTG Charline; that's great news indeed.

Good for you Charline - that's great! I have yet to ever set foot in a La Senza - still feel like I don't belong in a store like that. Funny how our minds work isn't it?
