I bought myself a running shell: size medium! I never thought I would ever fit in a medium ever again! Great feeling.

Yesterday, I ran a 5K and broke my personal record; finished in 32:58. It is so liberating to be able to go out there and do what I set my mind to.

Loving my band and the results of all the hard work I've invested in myself; the retun is priceless. Have a great week everyone.

Good one Michelle! LOL!! I am actually just getting ready to head out for a run! Go figure huh!! It is such a beautiful day, no way I getting on a treadmill today. Going to Centennial Park and goingto try and get my girls to come along with me!
