I have been completely STUCK on 180 for friggen months!!! UUUGGGHHH! I know I said I would be happy to stay here and I really am, but love of God, I have not budged the scale in soooooo long. I eat less, I eat more, I drink more I drink less, I exercise more, I don't at all and NOTHING makes a lick of difference. UUUGGGHHH!

I know I am being vain but 10 more friggen pounds would be heaven.

Sorry to rant and rave like a lunatic but now I feel better

First goal         199   Onederland ( Reached goal Aug 8 @ 198lbs)
Second goal   193    Century Club  ( Reached on Aug 30 2009 )
Third  goal      180 pounds  ( Reached on Nov.23 2009 ) (my personal goal)
Final goal      170 pounds  ( reached Jan 5 2011) ( only stayed that weight breifly)

Is it possibly fat turning to muscle??

NO!  I have been hearing that from my hubby for years and it is not possible!  It's like trying to turn lead into gold. You can gain or lose fat and gain or lose muscle. They can go in the same direction or in opposite directions.  But one does not become the other.  That being said; the more muscle you have, the more likely that your fat will disappear. Muscle increases your resting metabolism.

PS Sorry about the capital no..... years of frustration with my DH.

I was the same weight for months, then all of a sudden I start losing- go figure!

I know it's frustrating - I also seemed to level out at 180. The only reason I dropped more that that is because I was so friggin' sick last Aug - not a weight loss method I reccomend! Stick to your program girl - maybe as the days get nicer you could add in a 40min brisk walk ever other day. And you know - maybe you are just meant to sit at that weight. I know you would love to drop another 10 or so - but look at how far you have come and how much healthier you are! Take care-
