Day One
Today marks the 1st day of my 8 week training to run a 10K on May 2nd. I am really excited about this and look forward to the training. I set 2 fitness goals for 2010. The 1st one is to run a 10K, and the 2nd one is to run a half marathon @ Legs for Literacy in October.
I have been cooped up in the gym all winter so I am looking forward to running outside and enjoying the training. I think I am even going to Québec city in June to run a 10K race there! That has a lot more to do with just having a weekend away from the kids while enjoying the beautiful scenery of a great run.
I know I sound like an alien to some of you, but running and yoga, have become new passions in my life. They go very well together and I enjoy them both and get so much out of each
