Yes Mothermary I have. I have been down a fraction of a pound to just over a pound almost every day for about 10 days. Feels so good.

Thanks friends. I have been losing consistantly for about 10 days. It took a while to lose the Christmas weight, but I am off to the races now.
Whitney, do you have a date for surgery yet?
