The Weight of Muscle vs Fat
As I posted I walked lots over the weekend. I had slacked off the walking in late December and January. I started walking again a couple of weeks ago, but the weekend was the first long walks. Well I jumped on the scale this morning, expecting good numbers. Well, I was really PO'ed by the numbers. I decided to give my new scales a go. These scales also measure fat %, muscle %, and visceral fat level. Now back to the pounds....I was up 2 pound over the weekend. I have measure myself on the new scale about a week ago and my results this time said my fat was down 2% and muscle was up 2%. Just goes to show you that the scale weight does not tell all and isn't all that important.
