Half way there.
Hi all,It is 6mth things are going good .Iam down 50bls with 50 more to go.Iam right were I want to be.
Iam 6.5cc in my 10cc band I went on monday had the .5cc put in.
This was the best think I did,I fell much better and like to go out now and can't wait for the next 50bls to come off.
Now I know what I can eat and what I can't and don't miss the take out or pop.
