hemp hearts converted

I am converted I have so much more engery today and the only change has been hemp hearts. I am so pumped I went and bought my very first detox body cleanse from the local health store.  While there I see the price in Hemp hearts has gone down a bag costs about $9.99 whereas at Jean Cotua I paid close to $17 with the taxes in.

Yes but the bag is about half the size of the Jean Couteau tub.

I wondered how much was in the bag I think when I am done the tub I will buy a bag and pour it in the tub and see how it compares . I use the 5 tlbs every day I put half on my morning cereal and I mix half with a yougurt before heading out at lunch to curves. I have found a big difference in my energy and mood, maybe it is in my mind but as long as I think it works I will keep buying them :)
