I have a frigde full of food. I am so stupid!!!!

I am sooo stupid!!  UUGGHH I need a good swift kick in the arse. What is wrong with me. It's a wonder I don't weigh 300 pounds again. Let me tell you.

I was a stress eater. Now I am a stress buyer, I usually get up in the morning and plan my eating for the entire day. Like I will plan an omelett for breakfast, an apple and an ounce of cheese for snack,  1/2 cup of cottage cheese and a fruitcup for lunch, 1/2 cup yogurt for afternoon snack and supper of meat, 1 sm potato and either a slice of turnip or some other veggie and finally an apple with cheese for night snack. OK So that's what approx I eat daily. I keep a food journal religiously. But  today again I totally screwed up and now have a ridge 1/2 full of food I will not be able to eat before it goes bad.

I got up this morning planning to paint the ceiling so I went to Walmart to get supplies. I was hungry because I did not stop to eat breakfast so while at thes store I got a frozen entree thing to have for lunch. I got home and tossed it into the fridge, got busy and forgot about it, Had a bowl of soup for lunch. When I opened the fridge to put away the rest of the soup I saw the frozen dinner thawed. I thought I'd have it for supper.
 
Around 4;30 I needed a new roller so I jumped in the car and went to the store. My shoulder, neck and back was hurting and I was stressed trying to get  the ceiling done. So what did I do? I grabbed a frozen chicken chow mein for supper. Got home, popped it into the microwave  and could only eat 1/2 of it. Opened the fridge and yep there was the other frozen thing now completeky thawed out and the soup and the 1/2 steak and potato from last night supper.  

It is now 10 pm. I am still full from supper with all this food in my fridge, 

Guess what, tomorrow I have to put the paint on the ceiling. Today I did the primer so tomorrow it's paint day. By tomorrow night I may have the fridge overflowing with food I can't eat. See I am  dummy.  I get so mad at myself when I do somethind as stupid as this.

You should proud even though you bought food . You made good choices. Freeze the soup and have the steak tomorrow :0). There are five in my family and two little boys I have been trying very hard to purchase good snacks but they want cookies I let them buy arrow roots and teddy grahams I figured I could resist them.:)

OMG, LOL that's my downfall. I LOVE graham wafers and arrowroot cookies. I but the no name but not very often because I love them. I eat a LOT  of cheese. Love it.  I have been painting the frigging ceiling all afternoon and now I am starved and don't want to cook. I put a potato in the pot and am going to warm up a can of meatballs for supper. I know YUCCH! but it is food. I will have a good snack tonight. LOL
