is 1200 cal enough to support weight loss? any thoughts?
Thank you all I have been writing down what I eat and most days come in around 1300 but also excercise and burn about 400 so my net is below 1000, I have been really tired so I think I will add some power protein and get myself some of these hemp hearts. I just wnat to wave a majic wand at times and have the next 6 months go by so I will be dwon some more weight.:)
that is also who told me i could use1500 i think i am just going to count protein and the a cup at meals and 1/2 cup at snacks snacks no more than 100 cals i am down another 2 this week which is all i can hope for.joining curves this week to add to my walking to tone up, turns out the tranior and I did not see things the same way and he really had no idea what a lapband was.
