I am getting this big note on my posts to update my profile. I have gone to my profile and tweaked a few things and added a post and a ticker- still no good. What do I need to do to update it? Thanks guys!

It is not your OH profile that needs to be updated ... it is the "ticker" you had pasted in your signiture section - so go to the site where you get your ticker and update that (weightloss amount, countdown etc) and paste the updated one to get rid of that message. Hopes this helps!
