I have been so tired lately and cranky. Is this normal?
Also I have been writing everything down I eat and amount of protein and carbs as well as excercise every day for 30 mins but I do not think myscale has moved in the past week.

Your body has had to cope with substantial change and huge behavioral adjustments- sounds like a prescription for cranky to me. Plateaus are a normal part of this process. Hate them but they're normal.
