Went to the Clinic today............

I had injured my rib area around my port and am still experiencing a lot of discomfort. So I went in today to make sure my port wasn't affected; my port is fine. Dr. Beausoleil prescribed some anti-inflammatory and canceled my fill for next week :(

On the flip side, Caroline weighed me in as is the regular process; I dropped 9 lbs since December 10! What I was stoked about though is when she told me that I have lost 84% of my excess body weight. That really put things into perspective for me.

Wow Jet- that is fantastic weight loss over Christmas and without restriction....are you sure you need that band? You have beat the obesity monster.

PS I started on the hemp hearts and you didn't warn me about the bathroom backlash.

OOPS!! LOL!! Stay with it though, it does get better I promise. In the 1st couple of weeks, I would wake up in the middle of the night with nasty cramps. Now, I don't get them anymore. They do make you regular though!
