So sorry to hear about your Mom Beth. Do enjoy and cherish this time together. And - don't accept it as a forgone conclusion that you may lose your Mom to Alzhiemer's or Dementia. You may - but there diseases behave and progress- or not - differently in every individual. In any case - with your kove and support and that of the rest of your family.
