BOOYA!!!!

I picked up my kit at the Running Room today for Friday's Resolution Run. Excuse me while I shout: I AM WEARING A SIZE SMALL JACKET THAT COMES WITH THE REGISTRATION!

What a difference a year makes! Never in my wildest dreams did I imagine I would be wearing a size small, but I am!

All things are possible to those who believe!

Jet - I was telling my husband about you today when we were at the mall and I saw the jackets - oh the pretty jackets for the runners at Running Room - ohhhh I want a jacket!

He said I should plan to do next years - not sure that I could run - can I power walk and still wear the pretty jacket ????

Thats what was on my Christmas cards to any of my wls friends - DREAM BIG & REACH FOR THE STARS! You have done just that my dear!

You absolutely can walk; when you register,  there is an option to do so as a runner or a walker. The same was true for the Legs for Literacy Run in October. Hey, maybe you and your husband can do the run/walk together

The jackets are awesome. I wore mine tonight to go out shoveling! On another note, I will be in Halifax January 15th & 16th. My daughter is competing in Jr Nationals for taekwondo. The plan is to leave Saturday when she's done because she has a soccer training session in Moncton on Sunday. Maybe we can meet for diner? We're staying at the Delta; let me know if you're available.

WOW you rock! I got a size L (haven't picked it up yet but I tried on a friend's large and I think that's what I need).
