You are welcome to organize one. It's simple. Just issue the challenge and the rules, set a time frame etc. I found it easier to make the chart in Word, then copy and past it. You have to use the control key to past (hold the 'ctrl' key down and hit the V key). I will probably issue another weight challenge in about 3 weeks when I will be refilled- my band is empty. I am gaining right now- Christmas is definitely not a good time to be wide open......but I am so enjoying some foods I have not been able to eat in months and months, like fresh bread. Yummm.
