terrible gas pain

How do I get rid of this gas pain, had a bad day, a lot of pain, feels like my abdomen is expanding and twisting with gas pain, tried gas -x, and got some relief, does anything else work?

I had the same thing and all that helped for me was the gas X,But it is not fun If it does not go away call the DR and see if maybe he can give you something good luck take care.

In addition to the gas-x, I went & bought a foam for my bed which helped me immensely. Waking, walking, walking as much and as often as you can.

Hang in there; it does get better.
