Reality hits!

A dear friend of mine (jet) gave me advise that helped tremendously.  She doesn't realize how much I appreciate her opinions but I want to share it with you today!

I recently hit a plateau and felt dissapointed.  She said, you should write down what you eat because it usually means that you may be eating things you're not supposed to!!!

Well, it was true and I didn't even have to write anything down.  I am allowing myself some treats but in moderation.   I'm back on a healthy track and I'm actually anxious to get weighed on Monday during my second fill (I need this fill!!!!!)

Do you remember the score list I posted? It made me realize that I was not drinking my water everyday, and that I was having an occasional sugar treat everyday!!
