Pain in my left shoulder

I have been thinking that the pain is due to eating too fast/too much and is worse right after a fill and then I found this

Didn't read the link but I definitely experienced shoulder pain for a long long long time after surgery.

Thank you for that link.  I was going nuts thinking I was eating to fast, etc.  My pain is with just about every swallow, even liquids, from the first swallow.  I have both risk factors listed in the study for prolonged left shoulder pain.  While the study didn't offer any suggestions, at least I know I'm not doing anything wrong.  Hopefully, with time, the pain will stop.  I'm 8 weeks post-op from Lap Band.

 I am 10 months out from my surgery date.  I still get some left shoulder pain - not severe - just annoying.  It does seem to be gradually getting less all the time.  Glad the site helped
