Why aren't I loosing weight?

If your urine is dark yellow you are not getting enough water in. You mentioned tea and  broth ect but what you really need is more plain ( or crystal lite) water. Your urine should be the colour of wheat in a fields. Anything darker and you need more water. Dark urine is a sure sign of dehydration and that will make you hold on to weight too. More water =  more weight loss. Don't worry about numbers on the scale yet though. Just rest, sip, sip, walk  walk. Hang in there. This is a marathon not a sprint!! It will come off.

I talked to Rinette today and she also told me to relax.  I just feel kind of useless.  Maybe I thought all the weight would just fall off of me, then I had to sit down and think about my choice of the band as a tool, with lots of work to still do.

I had a protein shake today (Meditrim) and turned it into three parts of my meals.  I felt fuller and wasn't so cold and tired afterword's.  Still sleeping a lot.  No more pain pills as all of my helpers have gone home so I am sore still.

Thanks for the encouragement!  Yes, I will drink more water!
