I bought a can of protein powder, and with water add a scoopful, and any kind of berries I want, strawberries or raspberries are good, I put a little artificial sugar , about a tsp. to sweeten it up, but you could make choc. with some cocoa added, or blueberries, even made pineapple smoothie this way, its easy and fast. just use fresh or frozen fruit. How are you feeling today?

Thanks for the recipes!  It makes me hungry just reading them!  Must get some protein powder for myself.  Does it help you feel full if you add it?

I have never noticed that if helped me feel full, but since you are supposed  to have 60 mg of protein, it is essential to your health and weight loss. Some people say that you can't get all the protein you need, without the protein shakes. It is expensive, but the cheap shakes can taste terrible. I use the chocolate from Costco and a soy unflavored powder from Bulk Barn. Bulk Barn also sells another flavored brand that is really good. It comes in single servings so you can try before you commit a lot of money.
