I was able to eat cereal this morning. It still hurt and was slow to go down but it went down and not a painfully as a week ago. BTW Chocolate goes down real easy. That is good and bad, if you know what I mean!

That's awesome! I can't eat cereal it hurts to go down....plus I was told I shouldn't since as banders we're not suppose to have a meal w/liquids.....I LOVE cereal...you know especially when it's late and you haven't had dinner & don't want to eat anything heavy...cereal hits the spot :)

I have told my Nutritionist that I have cereal for breakfast and she hasn't said that I shouldn't have it. Right now, solids are not going down but Cheerios just dissolve when you chew them. I just tried to eat some sweet potato fries at lunch- bad idea. I knew I would only have a few, but my throat closed up and up they came. Really slider foods are the only thing I can eat, that and the Glucerna.

I feel bad.  I know we're not at the stage but I have little restriction.  I didn't have a "stuck" episode yet?!  I need my next fill bad...
