Thanks you everyone for the prayers and messages!  Especially to Michelle, an old, dear friend who has come back into my life to be my "Angel"!  Things work in a mysterious way!

I couldn't believe I woke up with a bounce in my step on Tuesday, and told everyone how excited I was that I was being banded!  I am sure you would think I had won the lottery!  The staff at the Dumont are wonderful, thanks so much for taking great care of me!  I was so excited when I hopped up on the operating table that they had to ask me if I wanted to keep chatting, or could they put me to sleep!  I gave my husband a scare because I was in recovery three hours longer then he expected, but I was asleep and peaceful, so I didn't feel bad!

I slept the whole time in day surgery recovery, with one quick trip to the washroom for adventure.  Again, they had to wake me and ask if I would like to go home because they were done for the day!  I am using my pain meds as instructed so I am pain free.

Today I feel great!  After talking to Michelle *****minded me to "sip, sip, sip, rest, rest, rest, walk, walk, walk" I feel great!  Started my Centrium Forte today and all is well!

Staples out in two weeks, feeling great!  Thanks again for all the support, it helps to know there are others pulling for me!
