I really really hope so. I've put if off far too long thinking I wasn't doing my part -- and I haven't been - but maybe this is just what I need.

Krista,I remember reading how you prefer a relatively loose band, and I commend you for that.  A fill will help I promise. I am super restricted right now and I can no longer eat chips or ice cream....I love it.
