Which day is this?  I know it really is hard. Being so hungry makes you feel depresses and anxious.  Try chewing sugarfree gum. Chew ice cubes. Freeze some of your meditrim and eat it instead of drinking it. Take warm long baths, take a extra  long time in the bathroom shaving legs cutting nails ,go to bed early and read so you are not near the kitchen, Go for drives with hubby and take along water. try to stay out of the kitchen. A lot of have families so this is not always possible, So when in the kitchen always have water nearby to sip and try to take mind off food. This will pass. It will get easier in the next few days. The first 4 or 5 are the worse. hang in there. Keep your eye on the prize!!!

Ditto everything Mother said!  The really hungry days will pass and it will get easier.

Not that it is the best solution, but I have done a lot of sleeping in the afternoon to by pass my starving period.  Try adding double the water to your shakes, it doesn't increase the calories, but it does make me feel fuller.

I find I am tired, and without the help of my Mom I wouldn't have gotten through it.  I have a child to feed and that was the hardest time for me, but Mom has been doing meals, and I sleep through them.

Hold tight.  After the first three days I stopped being hungry, and you'll get use to it to.  Keep your head up!  You can do it....I believe in you!
